The WOW Factor-y Experience

Because the process of customizing themed environments can get very complicated we have developed a system that we call The WOW Factor-y Experience. We believe that through the "WOW Factor-y experience" our customers are going to be very pleased at the simplicity and yet accuracy of not only their final room theming project but also the entire process in which they have been a part. The WOW Factor-y Experience consists of three basic steps that we will break apart detail. They are Communication, Imagination and Application.

1. Communication

(Even though we call this first step communication we promise that it will not end when we go to step 2. Communication is absolutely the most important aspect to all custom theming and stage prop design)

  1. Gather Information. When you call or email the WOW Factor-y the first thing that we will do is pick your brain. We will get as much information from you as we possibly can so that we can fully understand your vision. We will talk to you about everything from budget to brainstorming so that we can create the themed environments you are looking for.
  2. Answer Questions. The first thing that most people want to know about is cost. Although our price is completely dependent on the size, functionality and detail of the props, sets, murals, etc., we can help you understand our pricing and set up a budget for your whole theming project. We will also answer any other questions that you might have about the process.
  3. Itemize. Once all details have been worked out we will then break your project into sections. Each section of your project will then be listed and each piece of that section will be priced individually. You can then read over this list and make as many changes to it as you would like.

2. Imagination

(Once again a word that will never wear thin in this process)

  1. Sketch Drawings. After we finalize all of your ideas we will begin drawing them up. When we send you our drawings you can make any changes that you desire however you will want to keep in mind that your price is subject to fluxuate depending on the detailed changes that we are implementing to your foam props, stage sets, murals or themed atmospheres.
  2. Color. Once you have approved all drawings we will then begin the coloring process. At this time we will also be writing up your contract for the "application" step.

3. Application

  1. Contract. Before we begin to build your project we will send you a contract. This contract will include your itemized price list, all colored sketches with measurements, payment breakdown and install completion time.
  2. Build. The build includes the creating of all props, the vectoring and printing of vinyl/wall paper and the scheduling of all other contract work. We will update you and send pictures of all progress as we go.
  3. Installation. The installation process can take up to a couple of weeks depending on how many phases your project will need. We will give you an exact schedule of each of these phases.
